Recognized as “The Every Woman” by NSIDE Texas Business Magazine, Kimberly Overby is a dedicated professional and passionate advocate for people. As a mother of three, her commitment to helping others extends beyond her personal life into her career. Kimberly consults with injured plaintiffs and travels nationwide to speak at law firms, trial lawyer organizations, and law schools. She was an inaugural Board Member of the American Association of Settlement Consultants (AASC) and is an active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), Society of Settlement Planners (SSP), National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP), and Texas Wall Street Women (TWSW). She also serves on the Advisory Council for the Houston Christian University Women in Leadership Program. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly is a dedicated advocate for Girls Inc., the Foundation for the Education of Young Women (FEYW), and the National Charity League. She is also actively involved in her church and various community organizations.
